Winner Best Designed Project - New Stobhill Hospital - May 2010
New Stobhill Hospital has won Best Designed Project at the 2010 Public Private Finance Awards. The original PPP project signed in 2006 created two new state-of-the-art hospitals, the new Victoria Hospital in south Glasgow and the New Stobhill Hospital in north Glasgow. The project company, owned by UME Investments and Barclays Private Equity funds, provides and maintains the new facilities which are operated by the Health Board. The new Stobhill Hospital has already won three prestigious design awards: the Roses Design Award 2009 - Best Public Building and Architecture Grand Prix (Best New Building Outside London); Building Better Healthcare Awards 2009 – Best Designed Hospital; and Glasgow Institute of Architects Awards 2009 – Best Healthcare Building.PPF Awards Stobhill.pdf

The Young Herts PFI project wins the Best Community / User Involvement in a project at the PPF Awards. This scheme entails the provision and maintenance of children's homes and family support centres across fourteen sites in Hertfordshire.
